Making an Appointment
Appointments are held at our consulting rooms within
the comfortable surroundings of the Aries Clinic. The clinic is easily
accessible from Poole and Bournemouth. Free parking is available.
Appointments are available during the day and some evenings. We also
hold a Saturday clinic. In the future we will be holding a clinic in
West Dorset and Hampshire. Further details will be confirmed shortly.
For psycho-legal assessment work, training and consultancy projects we
cover the South of England. Booking an Appointment
To book an appointment please telephone us on 0845 0944 970
(all calls charged at a local rate). If we are unable to take your
call, please leave a message with a contact telephone number on the
answer machine. All calls are treated with the strictest confidence.
It would assist us if you could indicate when you would like us to
return your call, to ensure confidentiality is preserved.
Fees We are open about our fees. For
psychological treatment: £60-00 per session for
individuals self funding. £90-00 per session for
individuals with health insurance. We aim to make
psychological therapy available to a larger number of people hence the
reduced fee for individuals self funding their treatment. We accept
payment at each session (we accept cash or cheque).
Health Insurance We are registered with all
leading private health insurers including: BUPA; AXA-PPP and Norwich
Union. It is recommended you check with your insurance provider for
authorisation of payment prior to embarking on a course of treatment.
Please bring details of your health insurance to the initial
consultation. Completed claim forms and receipts can be forwarded to
your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy We require 48 hours
notification in the event of cancellation; otherwise the full session
fee applies. |
